It is a powerful, sun-drenched wine that exudes the "vibe" of the Tuscan coast. The 2021 vintage is rich and concentrated, with notes of dark forest fruit, black pepper, and a hint of Mediterranean herbs (maquis). Despite its power, the wine retains astonishing suppleness, making it dangerously seductive. The wine matures for 90% in used barriques for a refined structure, while the remaining 10% rests in cement to preserve its original, pure character and freshness.
