"Without a moustache", but with a lot of character. A distinctive Blanc de Noirs that blurs the boundaries between white and red. Made from 100% Castelão, but pressed immediately with a traditional basket press to create a white wine with the soul and body of a red grape. This artisanal pressing, combined with maturation on fine lees, gives the wine a surprisingly creamy texture and a fabulously long finish. A complex, structured white wine with a touch of 'urban' rebellion.
