A refined and characterful French rosé, made from 100% Syrah. The winemaker opts for a short, cold maceration of maximum 3 to 6 hours before pressing, which results in a beautiful, light salmon-pink color. Fermentation is strictly temperature-controlled between 16°C and 18°C to protect all delicate fruit aromas.

The nose immediately entices with fresh, intense notes of crisp strawberries and raspberries. The taste is remarkably lively, juicy and fruity, ending in a remarkably clean, crisp finish.
