This succulent red wine is a pure expression of the Merlot grape on the terroirs of the Tarn. The result of a rigorous plot selection. The grapes undergo a warm pre-fermentative maceration (MPC) for optimal extraction of color and soft fruit, followed by full malolactic fermentation and aging for up to 12 months.

The wine shows an intense, deep, and dark color in the glass. The nose opens fresh with generous aromas of ripe black fruit. On the palate, it is remarkably fleshy, generous, and harmonious, with supple tannins and a full body.
