'Settembre' is a refined Metodo Classico that combines the power of Pinot Noir (75%) from Alta Langa and Piacenza with the elegance of Chardonnay (25%). After careful vinification per grape variety, the wine rests for no less than 24 months on the lees.

This results in an enveloping bubble with aromas of green apple, sage, and a characteristic hint of brioche. A structured Brut that shines through its balance and fine perlage.
