The grapes are hand-picked at sunrise for maximum freshness and undergo spontaneous fermentation. What makes this wine unique is its maturation for at least a year in a combination of wooden and ceramic barrels, including bâtonnage and malolactic fermentation. The result is an intense, classic white wine with enormous aging potential. A Chardonnay that combines the elegance of France with the unique terroir of the Langa.
