This is liquid history. Three generations of vignerons have worked on this unique reserve perpétuelle, dating back to 1980. With an extremely limited edition of 974 bottles, this is a unique blend of 70% Meunier, 15% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Noir. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined with an Extra-Brut dosage of 2 g/l.

The nose is fabulously complex: plums, dried hazelnut, walnut, and linden tea. On the palate, it is fleshy, broad, and intensely aromatic, with a gently pulsating effervescence and refined, refreshing bitterness in the long finish. A masterpiece of texture.
