The wine is completely unfiltered, unfined, and has a minimal dosage of only 2 g/l.

The result is a Champagne with unprecedented depth and tension. The intense bouquet reveals white flowers, poivre blanc, and a subtle smokiness. On the palate, it is broad, energetic, and mineral-structured.
