The base consists of a Solera system of 16 consecutive vintages (2000 to 2015) and the wine enjoyed a long maturation of 36 months sur lies. This gives the Noir Coteaux a deep golden color and a rich, gastronomic character.

The aromas open with white fruit, but quickly transition to opulent notes of brioche, toast, and pastry. On the palate, it is full-bodied, round, and powerful, perfectly balanced by fresh citrus zest in the finish.
