A pristine, razor-sharp Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) from the chalky soils of Damery. Only 4000 bottles were produced. This Extra Brut combines 17 different vintages (2000 to 2016) using the Solera method and aged for 30 months on its lees.

The result is a pure expression of chalky minerality: lime, white flowers, and a hint of fresh mint dominate the nose. The attack is crisp and refreshing, after which the wine evolves to lemon confit and almond.
