A festive and extremely charming Blanc de Blancs Brut. This sparkling French wine is made from the typical regional varieties Ugni Blanc and Colombard. The wine undergoes natural fermentation in vats, after which it matures for at least 3 months, during which the yeast cells (lees) are manually suspended daily (bâtonnage) for extra creaminess.

In the glass, it shimmers with a light golden colour and a lively, extremely fine perlage. The nose is dominated by crisp fruit: white pear and juicy apples. The attack on the palate is perfectly clean. Thanks to the perfectly balanced, low dosage of 8g/l, it shows a wonderfully soft texture while maintaining a crisp freshness.
