This 100% Trebbiano is the definition of 'glou-glou' from the south. Not a heavy, sluggish white wine, but an extremely fresh and mineral easy-drinker with only 11.5% alcohol. Some of the grapes undergo a short weekend of skin contact for extra texture, after which the wine matures in steel tanks.

Expect a lively acidity with notes of citrus, yellow apple, and a briny, almost umami-like finish. Pure, unfiltered, and without added sulfites.
