It is an ode to the salty, approachable white wines of Provence, but with deep roots in Piedmont. The wine is a unique blend of indigenous white grapes (75%) and indigenous red grapes (25%) that are pressed directly without skin contact. Maturation takes place in ceramic and concrete, which provides natural decantation without fining or filtering. The result is a wine with aromas of peach and apricot, surprisingly complemented by hints of red berries.
